Our History & Evolution

The Alumni Association of Maulana Azad College, Kolkata, was established in the Year 2010 with the Vision of uniting Former Students and strengthening their Bond with the Institution. Over the Years, it has evolved into a Dynamic Platform for Networking, Mentorship & Institutional Support. Through Various Initiatives, Events & Collaborations, the Association has played a Pivotal Role in enhancing the Academic & Cultural Excellence of the College. Today, it stands as a Testament to the Legacy & Contributions of Generations of Alumni who continue to uphold the Values & Traditions of Maulana Azad College

1) Non-Refundable Policy: Membership Fees paid for joining the Alumni Association are Non-refundable under any Circumstances

2) Exceptions: If a Duplicate Payment is made, you may request a Refund by contacting us within 3 Working Days of the Transaction. Requests for Refunds of Duplicate Payments will be reviewed & approved Refunds will be processed within 7-10 Working Days

3) All Refund Requests are subject to Verification & Approval by the Alumni Association

4) Refunds will only be issued to the Original Payment method used for the Transaction, except any Credit Card or Digital Wallet Transaction

5) Any Applicable Service Charges, Payment Gateway Fees, or Processing Fees may be deducted from the Refund Amount

By subscribing to our Membership Plans, you agree to Automatic Renewal of your Membership at the end of Each Term. The Membership Fee will be charged to your Saved Payment Method unless you cancel your Subscription before the Renewal Date. You can manage or cancel your Auto-renewal Settings at any time through your Account Dashboard. No Refunds will be issued for Cancellations after the Renewal Payment has been processed.
